Avoid processed foods, and foods high in saturated fats because they will stitch of your product of IGF-1, hGH, and DHEA. Your total daily calories should be no more than 10% from saturated fats. Replace saturated fats with monosaturated fats, which include nuts, olive oil, and avocados to name just a few sources.
